NSW: Waterfall widow hits out at StateRail bureaucrats
The widow of a Sydney father killed in the Waterfall train tragedy has blamed the incompetence
of StateRail bureaucrats for her three children being left fatherless.
Seven people were killed in train crash on January the 31st last year, including its
driver, 53-year-old HERMAN ZEIDES.
Special Commissioner PETER MCINERNEY, whose report was released yesterday, found Mr
ZEIDES had a cardiac arrest shortly after the train pulled out of Waterfall, south of
Sydney.
